We went with our kids, 2 & 6 years old, and I think the rules for the swimming pool is perfectly fine. No jumping, no shouting, no toys – just be considerate to the other guests. I think the feeling & energy at this propertys pool where better than the neighbours jump and play and high volume pool..

Super nice apartment wonderful host welcome drinks very friendly. We had top floor nice apartment nice kitchen double bathroom. Love the view. Wish could have stayed longer. Host spoke good English.

Das 3. Mal in der Villa Ucka. Sehr schöne gepflegte Wohnungen. Alles ist super sauber und es wurde an alles gedacht. Schön eingerichtetes Schwimmbad. Herzlicher Empfang mit einem Getränk Ihrer Wahl. Die Lage ist ziemlich hoch – was eine schöne Aussicht bietet – aber auch bedeutet, dass man für alles ein Auto braucht. Aber sehr zu empfehlen! Wir waren zu Weihnachten in Zadar im 5 Sterne Hotel das war super, da könnt ihr locker mithalten. Von uns bekommt Ihr 5 Sterne!

Excellent accomodation, extremely clean apartment, fully equipped, each one with a balcony, air condition, Wi-Fi, even an oven. Owners are a gorgeous couple, very helpful. The swimming pool-totally amazing.The location is very picturesque, with a bay view.The most beautiful garden in Opric, great for families with kids. If you want to forget about a car you need quite healthy legs-if you want to get at the seaside you need to choose a very steep stairs.It’s fine going down but much harder going up especially when there’s jest outside. The price is worth that effort- tranquillity, calm, amazing plants and a view. Highly recommended! I already miss that place! Thank you Ana and Luka for your hospitality!

Wir waren begeistet von der Ferienwohnung, stilvoll und modern eingerichtet. Grandioser Ausblick,einer auf das Meer. Sehr nette Vermieter. Es hat gut ,gleich mit einem Kaffee empfangen zu werden. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen.

1) The territory and the apartment of the villa are decorated with good taste. 2) View from the balcony of the sea and the evening-night Rijeka in the lights. 3) Very nice hosts, always ready to help. For example, they were taken by car and brought to a hypermarket (distance 1.5 km) 4) Nice and spacious swimming pool. Depth is about 140, there is a ladder, non-slip coating, always clean. 5) A picturesque bay with the village of Ika. 6) A bit of a village feel with roosters crowing in the morning and birds singing. 7) Very comfortable chairs in the living room (especially for me with a cranky back) 8) At the meeting, they offered refreshing drinks. 9) Well equipped kitchen. 10) Air, nature, beauty in one word.
